History Fact :
Netherlands’ first visit to Indonesia wasn’t successful because of Houtman's arrogance. Later in 1598, Netherlands sent back a trading ship to Indonesia led by Jacob van Neck, van Heemskerck, and van Warwijck. This time, learning from the previous mistake, Netherlands manage to trade in Banten.

Gag :
Well, Netherland was being kicked out because of his unintentional perversion toward Indonesia (which at that time was still nameless).

Adding note:
Bule (read būlē) is an Indonesian slang language mostly used to call Caucasian foreigner.

History Fact: Well, actually long before the Dutch came to Indonesia, Indian and Chinese already been there for quite some time for spice trade. Also Portuguese, who's only been there for a while, and English too (both of them stay for a while in Indonesia, before they went out and returned again later).

Gag: Netherland really think that he's the first who discovered the archipelago. Well, tough luck... There's already someone else there before him. He's quite disappointed because of it.

In 1596, a Dutch trade ship led by Cornelis de Houtman landed in Banten Harbour. It was the first time Dutch set their foot on the unnamed Archipelago.

I'm using the term "Netherland" instead of "Holland" because Holland is part of Netherlands. And I don't want to make any confusion like Hetalia, since "UK" is called "England" and Russia used Uni Soviet flag. And I also made the name singular since it's kinda of weird when you call a single person with plural term such as Netherlands (with s). ^^
